My training goals remain the same all year:  7-9 hours of cardio (running, biking, elliptical, rowing and stair stepping) (30 to 40 miles running and 30 to 50 miles biking per week)........ 1.5 to 2.0 hours of weight training.......core trainig 2-4 times per week.
